Residential Home Inspections

Thermal Imaging

This service is provided free with every inspection. A non-invasive method that uses an infrared camera to detect temperature variations, converting heat signatures into visual images to reveal hidden problems like water leaks, poor insulation, and electrical faults that are not visible to the naked eye. This advanced diagnostic tool helps identify issues in a building by analyzing heat loss, moisture build-up, and electrical issues before they become major problems.

Drone Assisted Roof Inspections

In many cases it is unsafe to walk a roof. In these cases we use a drone equipped with a high-resolution camera and other sensors to capture detailed images and videos of the roof's condition from a safe distance, making it a safer, faster and more efficient way to detect issues like missing shingles, leaks, or structural damage. There is no extra charge for this service.

11th Month Inspections

Document any defects or issues that may have developed during the first year of homeownership, giving the homeowner leverage to get them fixed by the builder before the warranty expires.

Home Maintenance Inspections

Similar to a pre-purchase inspection but is for homeowners to maintain their property and can help prevent costly damage, ensure safety, and provide a list of necessary upkeep. It helps catch small problems before they turn into expensive, large-scale repairs.
