Hi, I’m Keith — the owner and inspector behind Harmony Home Inspections.
This isn’t a franchise and it’s not a multi-inspector company. When you book an inspection with Harmony, I’m the one who answers the phone, shows up to the property, performs the inspection, and walks you through the report.
I started Harmony because I believe home inspections should feel less like a checklist… and more like having a knowledgeable friend in your corner who knows what to look for and how to explain it in plain English.
I follow both CSA and InterNACHI Standards of Practice, and aim to go beyond the minimum requirements whenever possible to help clients better understand the condition of the home they’re buying, selling, or living in.
My job isn’t just to point out what’s wrong — it’s to help you understand what it means, how serious it is, and what you might expect moving forward.
